Billing is per organization (your account group). One plan covers all linked servers.

Usage
The billing page shows how much of your plan you have used this month. Hitting a limit blocks new tickets or bot replies until next month or you upgrade.
Upgrade
Organizations → your org → Billing → pick a plan and check out.
Use Manage subscription to update payment or cancel.
