Staff roles
Discord roles that count as support staff. They can see tickets and their messages pause the bot.
Ticket types
Each type has a label, on/off switch, Discord category, optional role restriction, and a per-type open ticket limit (default 1; set to 0 for unlimited).
Enable at least one type, then run /thoth autoconfig in Discord.
Business hours
Configure when your team is available. Outside those hours Thoth can send an away message and pause AI replies. You can still allow ticket creation outside hours while skipping AI.
Auto-learn
Suggest tips from closed tickets. Off = you add all knowledge yourself.
Staff reply cooldown
How long the bot waits after a staff message before replying again. Default: 30 minutes.
Response voice
Optional tone for bot replies (friendly, formal, etc.). Test in Playground after changing.
Apply to Discord
After saving, run:
/thoth autoconfig
