Thoth handles Discord support tickets with AI. You add documentation, users open tickets in Discord, and the bot replies from that content. When it cannot help, it hands off to your staff.

Your team manages everything in the dashboard. Day-to-day support still happens in Discord.

  1. Set up ticket types and staff roles in the dashboard
  2. Run /thoth autoconfig in Discord
  3. Add knowledge and test with the playground
  4. Open a test ticket
