What is Thoth?
AI support for Discord — private tickets, answers from your docs, handoff to staff.

Do my users need the dashboard?
No. They only use Discord.

Why is the bot not replying?
Staff may have replied recently (cooldown), the ticket may be with staff already, you may be out of AI replies on your plan, or the bot lacks channel permissions.

How do I test answers?
Use Playground on the Knowledge page.

One ticket per user?
Yes.

URL sync frequency?
Every 24h (Free), 1h (Pro), 15min (Enterprise).

Hit my ticket limit?
No new tickets until next month or you upgrade.

Billing per server?
No — per organization. Linked servers share one plan.
