Auto-learn

When a ticket closes and a staff member resolved it, Thoth can suggest a short tip based on that conversation.

Tips appear in your tip summary channel with Confirm or Remove. Only confirmed tips are used in future replies.

Auto-learn needs a staff reply and a conversation with enough messages. Turn it off in Settings if you prefer to add knowledge manually.

Edit or merge tips anytime on the Tips page in the dashboard.
