Troubleshooting
Bot not replying
- Did staff reply in the last 30 minutes? Wait or lower Staff reply cooldown in Settings.
- Is the ticket with staff already? Reply in the channel.
- Check Billing — you may be out of AI replies.
- Test in Playground. No good answer? Add docs.
/thoth autoconfig failed

| No enabled ticket types | Enable one in Settings with a category |
| Category full | Pick a new Discord category in Settings |
| Ticket limit reached | Upgrade or wait for next month |
Save Settings, then run /thoth autoconfig again.
Ticket panel missing
Save Settings → run /thoth autoconfig → check the bot can post in that channel.
URL not syncing
Page must be public (no login). Check status on Knowledge. Free plan syncs once per day.
Already has an open ticket
One ticket per user. Close the old one with /close or send them to that channel.
Auto-learn not suggesting tips
Turn it on in Settings. A staff member must reply before close. Short conversations are skipped.
Cannot sign in
Use the Discord account that manages the server. For invites, open the email link first.
